WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR WALLPLAYER PRODUCTS

(a) IDEA SRL guarantees that the Products are free from defects and conform to the technical specifications declared by the company.

(b) The warranty applies only to products used in environments and for applications consistent with the specifications declared by IDEA SRL; any improper use is to be considered prohibited.

(c) The warranty will not be valid if the issue or anomaly is dependent on incorrect or inadequate applications of the product, or if it does not comply with the commissioning. Any unauthorized modification or replacement of product parts by IDEA SRL relieves the manufacturer of civil and criminal liability, and in any case voids the warranty.

(d) The warranty does not cover normal parts subject to wear and tear.

(e) The duration of the warranty for Wallplayer branded products is 10 Years on acoustic energy transmitters and 3 years on all electronic components. This warranty is valid only if the acoustic energy transmitters are paired with our dedicated Wallplayer electronics (amplifiers) and correctly installed as described in our catalog/price list and user manual.
Different from what is described above, the warranty that will be applied is the legal one: 2 years from the invoice date.

(f) Warranty commencement: from the date of invoice issuance.
